This website is operated by SIG OpCo LLC, 817 Broadus St, Sturgis, MI 49091, USA ("we," "us," "our"). We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to send us and the technical information needed to deliver this website and protect its forms.

Requests for a quote. When you request a quote, we collect the type of request, your name, company, country, and e-mail address, and a description of your application. You may also provide your phone number, technical details of your application, a message, and up to five files, such as drawings. Files are passed on unchanged, including any information embedded in them, such as author names in CAD or PDF files.

Contact form. When you send us a message, we collect your name, your e-mail address, and your message.

Website visits. When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically records technical information such as your IP address, the date and time of your visit, the page requested, and information about your browser. This is necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure.

Spam protection. When you start using one of our forms, the website loads Cloudflare Turnstile, a service that checks whether the form is being used by a person or by an automated program. Turnstile then receives your IP address and technical information about your browser and device, and it may store information in your browser, for example in local storage. According to Cloudflare, this information is used solely to detect and block bots, not to identify, profile, or target individuals (see Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum). Turnstile does not load when you only view our pages.

Abuse prevention. When you submit a form, our server counts submissions per IP address to prevent abuse. This count is kept only in temporary memory, typically for no more than about two hours, and is never stored permanently.

How we use your information

We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry, for example to answer your questions or prepare a quote. Your submission reaches us as an e-mail in our company mailboxes; the website itself does not keep a copy.

After you submit a form, we send an automatic confirmation to the e-mail address you entered. It does not repeat your information; for quote requests, it only names the type of request.

We use technical information to operate and secure the website and to protect our forms from spam and abuse.

Who receives your information

We do not sell your personal information, we do not use it for targeted advertising, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing. We use service providers that process information on our behalf:

• Netlify, which hosts this website,
• Resend, which delivers the e-mails sent from our forms,
• Cloudflare, which provides the spam protection described above,
• the provider of our company e-mail system.

We may also disclose information when required by law, or to a buyer or successor if all or part of our business is sold or merged.

How long we keep your information

We keep your inquiry in our e-mail system for as long as we need it to respond to you and for our business records. Our hosting provider keeps technical logs, and our e-mail delivery provider may keep copies of the e-mails it delivers, for a limited time.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising tools. Fonts, scripts, and other files are served by this website itself, not by third parties. The only exception is the spam protection described above, which loads only when you start using a form.

This website does not track visitors over time or across other websites. Because we do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising, there is nothing to opt out of, and browser signals such as "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control do not change how we handle your information. Apart from the spam protection described above, no third party collects information about your online activities through this website.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and this website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, however. Please do not send us sensitive personal information through our forms, such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information from your inquiry we have, and you can ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it. To do so, contact us using the details below.

Children

This website is intended for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Visitors outside the United States

We are located in the United States. If you use this website from another country, the information you send us is transferred to and processed in the United States, and our service providers may also process it in other countries.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
